I hope you find this page helpful for your local tax information. My name is Jenni Wolfe starting in January of 2024 I will be your new tax collector. I have lived in Upper Hanover now for 18 years.

Please note as of July 1st, 2025 you can no longer combine county and school taxes on one check. Please contact me with any questions.

**Please note any tax questions prior to 2024 must be addressed through Matt Kells at kellsmatt@gmail.com**

 

Online payments are now available at:  https://www.govpayments.com/pa_upperhanover

 

Dates to remember:

Township/County Real Estate tax

• Discount amount due date April 30, 2025
• Face amount due June 30, 2025
• Penalty amount after June 30, 2025
• Must be paid by December 31, 2025 to avoid additional penalty

School Taxes

• Discount amount due August 31, 2025
• Face amount due October 31, 2025
• Penalty amount due after October 31, 2025
• Must be paid by December 31, 2025 to avoid additional penalty 
• If you choose to make installment payments, they are due Aug 31st, Oct. 31st and Dec. 31st

** Please note that payments made between 12/15/2025 and 12/31/2025 MUST be in the form of a money order, cashier's check or credit card. Personal or business checks will not be accepted during this time, no exceptions. **

In person hours for 2025 are:

June 30th 4pm-6pm

July 24th 11am-1pm

August 18th & 21st 3pm-5pm

August 23rd 10am-12pm

August 25th, 26th,& 27th 4pm-6pm

October 28th 3pm-5pm

Dec 15th 3pm-5pm 

Please do not go to the township to pay bills without an appointment unless it is during office hours listed above.
